Manager of Sasasdi Creche & Mini-kindergarten, Chairman of the Board of the maintainer, Kisdedóvó AlapÃtvány (Kindergarten Foundation). Before the foundation of the creche and mini-kindergarten, I ran companies operating in a different field. I have a diploma in foreign trade.
As a mother of three children and as a parent, I can understand how difficult it is to raise a child. I show empathy for families which significantly helps the effective cooperation with them. I believe that future good school performance and then successful life can be established by regular sporting activities and by teaching to love the English language.
The successful operation of the institution depends on me; this is the job and responsibility I gladly accepted. My important task is to select, motivate and keep employees working at our institution, and to organise their cheerful and responsible daily work. My colleagues prioritise the needs of the children; they are a tight-knit, supportive group able to efficiently cooperate with the parents.
It is a complex and challenging task to harmonise the needs, demands and interests of the children, parents and our colleagues; it is a task that I relentlessly carry out with great experience and love.
Creating the material and financial conditions of our operation in a constantly changing legal environment is a creative work that holds many challenges.
